Anniversary of the installation of the Jaeckel organ at
Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Evansville at 3:30pm.

25, 2014: Pedals, Pipes and Pizza, at St. John’s United

• October 31,
2014: Boo in Boonville! The
chapter has been invited to participate again in Boonville’s
annual Halloween celebration, “Boo in Boonville.” Chapter
members and friends will play the organ at Main Street United
Methodist Church on the Courthouse Square, between 5 and 7 PM
on Friday, October 31.
• November 9, 2014: Historic Organ Program
on the Giesecke organ
at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Fulda, Indiana at 3pm.
• January 2, 2015: Epiphany
Party at the home of Helen Reed, 1435 Brookside Drive, Evansville,
7PM.

presents a concert in honor of Douglas Reed, organist and music
educator, including the premier of the Evansville Chapter's
newly commissioned major piece for organ and brass quintet by
William Bolcom, performed by the American Brass Quintet and Dr.
Douglas Reed on the Fisk
organ at First Presbyterian Church in Evansville. The

Mexico, where Neal will be doing another benefit recital in

MEETINGS:
The Executive Committee
generally (but not always) meets on the first Monday of each
month at Eastside Christian Church, Weinbach at Bayard Park,
at 5:30pm. Chapter members are welcome to attend a
meeting to share ideas, suggestions, or concerns with our
chapter's officers.
